I started with the Snapper walk behind 48 inch cut with the sulky or snake I call it,its a wheel attached to the back of the Snapper so you can stand behind it and ride. they are a commercial mower but work great in residential yards they have a 3 blade cutting system and work good  in mulching leaves more on that later.
