During the winter as you all know not much to do during the winter. What you try to do is get as many year around contracts as you can . When bidding on your jobs offer your clients a discount for letting you take care of their yard year around, most commercial contracts are year around. Put your add in the paper for leaf removal also get you a trailer that you can haul junk on. LITTLE BREAK

Well took a little break went down to Tyler for a lawn care convention held at Silver Leaf resorts if you ever get a chance to go take a look at the silver leaf resorts you need to do it, that place is great . if you need any information on the place let me know im going to buy some property there its a fun palce to be and if you take vacations with the kids every year you really need to check it out. Sundays

Well Pittsburgh is going to another Superbowl , sure wanted the Jets to go. Sunday is schedule day best to make sure you get your clients your going to do the next week wrote down and ready to go for Monday morning. I use Microsoft Works to keep all my clients on its a good spread sheet program to keep everyone on and you can easily keep a seperate file on them with in the same program. There is a lot of spread sheet programs but the works program has worked for me fro all these years . I started with the Snapper walk behind 48 inch cut with the sulky or snake I call it,its a wheel attached to the back of the Snapper so you can stand behind it and ride. they are a commercial mower but work great in residential yards they have a 3 blade cutting system and work good  in mulching leaves more on that later. I started this business in 2005 with nothing but some old ragged equipment and an old Chevrolet truck. This was an established business but small now I have 3 trucks and crews running.
